Rotation sensor

The hardware in Grain Balance consists of either one or two sensors, depending on the installation’s prerequisites. The sensors can be easily installed on the existing equipment as they are delivered with an accompanying fastening mechanism.

A rotation sensor is only included for installations where the elevator is also used for transports other than loading. It is attached to the trench intake conveyor, placed on the existing screw connections of the drive shaft bearing. The existing safety guard is replaced with the accompanying safety guard that has a cut out for the rotation sensor. The rotation sensor connects to the Connection unit GBA.
